Ready to read a ridiculous story?

This BF is a real piece of work, and as you'll see, he is really on his brokest behavior, his most penny-pinching predispositions, his most money-saving mannerisms. It's exhausting to read about the ways this dude speaks to his partner. Girl, leave him!

Don't worry --- people collectively told this person that she should not pay $400+ for other peoples' food

This person had a great point
via marrie_liaIf they had discussed this beforehand, she would've had the chance to say "no," and that's exactly why her BF didn't do that. Instead, he put her on the spot! The lack of communication points to him being manipulative. And it also was meant to make this woman look stingy in front of his family, which is just so mean. You're not stingy just because you don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for a family meal, when the people you're eating with aren't even your family.

I'm just curious, too, why the family wouldn't all pay for their own meals? That's pretty common when adults go out to eat together. I mean, it's one thing if it's you and your Mom having a one-on-one dinner together, and she pays for both of your meals. It's a whole different story when there are a bunch of family members ordering steak and lobster and just planning not to pay for it. Just a very strange arrangement all around.
